Il Pastore Saporito is an aged cheese with a very strong flavor. The price is €15 per kilo; the high-aged reserve can be ordered in both one-kilo and half-kilo portions.
In the photos, you can see examples of the one-kilo and half-kilo cuts to get an idea of the size.
Please keep in mind that while these are the standard prices, there may be small variations due to the cutting process, but we always try to send you a piece that is either exactly the weight purchased or, for the same price, slightly larger.
