At Maso dei Sapori, we have spent years building one of the sections of the store to which we dedicate the most research: Trentino grappas, liqueurs, amari, and spirits.
It is not simply a matter of having many bottles on the shelves. Over 25 years, we have visited distilleries, met producers, tasted products, and learned to distinguish the characteristics, production methods, and differences between one grappa and another.
Today we can offer a very wide selection, from traditional products to unique bottles perfect for gifting or keeping.

Our grappas
We have a line of 14 different types of grappa and liqueurs, with flavors ranging from alpine herbs to fruits and botanicals.
Among our specialties, depending on availability, you can find stone pine, hay, chamomile, wild sloe, blueberry, juniper, woodruff, caraway, and other products.
Maxentia – Santa Massenza
Maxentia is one of the distilleries we offer with the greatest variety.
In the store, we have over 20 types available in different sizes, including single-varietal grappas, herbal grappas, fruit liqueurs, and other specialties from the Santa Massenza distillery.
Villa Laviosa
The Villa Laviosa selection includes numerous products:
- herbal grappas
- fruit liqueurs
- creme liqueurs
- alpine specialties
- traditional liqueurs
Among these, we also have Bombardino, available in different sizes: 1 liter, half-liter, and small bottle.
Segnana
We normally stock about 6 different Segnana grappas, including aromatic and single-varietal selections.
Casimiro Poli
Casimiro Poli is also part of our selection, with about 6 different grappas chosen to offer different styles and characteristics.
Villa de Varda
Villa de Varda represents the most important part of our selection dedicated to reserve grappas and the most refined spirits.
We offer barrel-aged grappas and reserves, different sizes, numbered bottles, and special selections, in addition to three whiskies.
Some of these bottles are available in limited quantities and may change throughout the year.
Trentino Amari
We also have a selection of about 10 different Trentino amari, chosen from local producers and businesses.
This is a category we particularly enjoy because it allows for the discovery of widely varying recipes, botanicals, and herbs.
Limoncello from Lake Garda
Alongside Trentino specialties, we also offer Limoncello from Lake Garda, available in large, medium, and small sizes.
Craft beers
For those who prefer beer, we have a selection of about 6 craft beers, with different types based on availability.
We help you choose
With such a wide assortment, it is normal not to know which bottle to choose.
That is why we prefer to talk to the customer, understand what they are looking for, and explain the differences between a white grappa, a barrel-aged one, a single-varietal, a herbal grappa, an amaro, or a fruit liqueur.
After 25 years of research and training, this has become one of the most rewarding parts of our work.
