Segnana Grappas
Segnana is a historic distillery from Trentino specializing in the production of grappa. Part of the pomace used comes from the production of Ferrari wines, and the speed with which the pomace reaches distillation helps to preserve its scents and aromatic characteristics.
The selection includes various expressions, including:
- Chardonnay – obtained mainly from Trentino Chardonnay pomace, with a finer, floral profile.
- Pinot Noir – from Trentino Pinot Noir pomace, with fruitier and warmer notes; the official version is at 42% ABV.
- Traminer – an aromatic grappa obtained from Trentino Traminer pomace, characterized by intense aromatics.
- Moscato – from Moscato pomace, with an intense aromatic profile and aging in steel.
