Maxentia Single-Varietal Grappas
Maxentia single-varietal grappas are created in Santa Massenza, Trentino, through an artisanal distillation tradition carried on by the Poli family.
They are made from the pomace of individual grape varieties, sourced from the Maxentia winery and selected local wineries, and are distilled using a discontinuous copper bain-marie still.
The line includes various expressions linked to the local grape varieties, including:
- Nosiola
- Teroldego
- Müller Thurgau
- Gewürztraminer
- Moscato
Maxentia single-varietal grappas have an approximate alcohol content of 42% vol., with aromatic profiles that vary based on the grape variety used.
At Maso dei Sapori in Mezzana, you will find a selection of Maxentia single-varietal grappas, chosen from the distillery's production.
